They claimed to have sent my package. I never received it and the tracking info was incomplete. I had paid extra for shipping insurance so they agreed to send a replacement. They failed to give me a tracking # and package never arrived again.

I asked for a refund and have gotten the run-around for a month.

It's been over 3 months now and no luck. The site is down now so I hope they are out of business.
