BBB complaint in and lawsuit filed.

Here is a summary:

In feb 2022 Randy Rogahn took a large deposit $40,000 and never completed one thing on the scope. they misordered the sod (his receptionist addmitted to it) and then let it sit in front of my house for 5 days with no water. We told them not to install and they did anyway. becuase it was misordered

They never properly leveled and grated the ground before sod install. installed sprinkler heads on old sprinkler heads, sprinklers covering whole lawn area/ had a massive leak on property, They left garbage everywhere. We paid for double seeded bermuda / Rue and they delivered / installed half dead just bermuda.
