Super auto repair of Riverside They knew about emissions laws and had me pay for something that was covered under warranty. And they will not refund me. This is a scam that they must practice in.i at the time didn't have a clue about federal emissions laws. I was trying to fix my vehicle.. soon after they charged me for a cat converter. I found out it's covered by your dealership. Ca

They had me pay for something that was covered under dealership warranty. My cat converter went out and they said I needed a new one.
It costs $1,700. This is not ok with me. I feel ripped off and definitely played. This company is practicing unprofessional services.
They do not deserve a 4.6 Google review. This people are crooked as they come. Shop should be shut down.

Carmax sent me there because they were a little busy. The shop had my warranty on file.

Refund?

The car manufacturer is required to offer a warranty on certain emissions components. This was an independent shop you came to, not the dealership. Why would they refund you? The onus is on you to know that your car is under warranty, not on the independent repair shop.
