Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
No other way to put it. Install went fine. When I call, email, text for warranty service… run around at every turn. They say they will schedule right away for evaluation…didn’t happen. They say they will get it replaced right away…hasn’t happened. Regret after the sale. Xavier D and Alexis C are my two “contacts”. Unacceptable. Standing by for some ridiculous message about being sorry for the experience and to call some number that will fail to get a response. Also filing a BBB complaint.

Oh Boy....A BBB Complaint! They Will Shaking In Their Boots!

Who do you think the BBB is? STOP RIGHT NOW and learn the FACTS! The BBB with all their PHONEY BALONEY is NOT part of ANY government or law enforcement entity and THAT is an ABSOLUTE FACT! As such, the BBB with all their PHONEY BALONEY has ZERO POWER to order any business to do anything or enforce any laws. The BBB with all their BS calls themselves a "bureau" to DECEIVE the public and apparently you too. The ONLY PURPOSE of the PHONEY BBB is to SELL their useless, fake "ratings". The BBB is an acknowledged PAY-FOR-PLAY SCAM. That useless complaint you send them will become a SALES LEAD to attempt to SELL this place their very own FAKE "A+" pretend rating. That's why there's a "Get A Quote" page on the BBB website. Every legitimate business person knows this stuff. The BBB will SELL their FAKE RATINGS to any business which wants to buy one including slime ball car dealers who have an on-going reputation of fraud and deception. In other words, the BBB supports and approves of their con-games I am not minimizing your complaint. Don't waste your time with the BBB. The BBB is NOT what you must think they are.
