My broker set me up with this place. so i had to pay $500 upfront for closing costs $ 250 for an appraisal plus $25 to wire it. So they sent the appraiser, after that they disapeared. it took me 6 weeks to find them and when i did all i got was a text " we can't do anything for you" Be careful its just a front to collect $250 bucks.

I did my research and they even posted thier own google reviews. all in all i would never trust them. don't take my word for it, go ahead, let them take advantage of your mis fortune. Jack Michaud is a con man
