I purchased software from their website called Mac cleaner. I was emailed a receipt with a activation code. However the activation for the program didn't work. My first email i sent to the support team was responded to. They asked me for a screenshot of the error message and my receipt which i sent right away.

I have sent 3 other emails since then and still have not received anymore responses. I am extremely annoyed that it's been over a month now with no resolution to the issue. I have requested a refund as well and still have not heard back. Very unprofessional for an apparent trusted source.
