The only way to communicate with this company is via email. I was successful in disputing two charges that were unwarranted. I continue to get charged after requesting no further charges and/or need to use.
It was a convenience at the time but tenuous at best. The amount of time spent linking up to a tutor was not really worthwhile to me - caveat emptor.
