Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
This "vets" will scam you out of your money.
They will bait you in being all caring on the phone and say that the consultation is free they just want to help your pet and that they always give fair pricing.
Once they give you the pricing and you refuse and say you'll think about it they try emotional manipulation to get you to hand over your credit card, if that fails they turn vindictive and nasty and even refused to give me my pet back.
They quoted thousands over what any other vet would charge and forced me to pay for the consultation which they said they wouldn't charge for.
Very sad way to run a vet clinic.

It is an EMERGENCY Vet clinic therefore the cost is going to be higher than a regular vet clinic. I have used this type of clinic and never, EVER have they held my pet hostage or guilted me into spending money. So you took your beloved pet to this clinic and expected to pay Dollar Store prices for emergency services. No rip off. AND you agreed to the consult price once you signed the paperwork - no one forced you to do anything.
