We placed to orders, thinking it was Ballard Designs Outlet. Order confirmations shows a point of contact at support.worldwidefactorysale.com. The orders were placed on May 30, 2025. I've been checking the tracking information provided, via the link provided (i.e. www.track718.us). Both orders shows they were "delivered" to our mailbox on June 23, 2025. We've not seen them to date. I sent a follow-up email to support@worldwidefactorysale.com today, July 20, 2025. Waiting a response.
