I ordered a wig in one color and they sent me a brown one that was pictured in their ad. I even received an email with the confirmation of my order with the correct color, shimering mist. Instead I received a brown one that they advertised as their most popular color and style.

I went to the web sight to get the correct return address and information and all I could find was reply@emailcxs.com that was to report a scam. I did not even open the package because I knew it was wrong color.
