123dj.com Sent me Speakers that didn't work and they didn't send a receipt either and i had 1 year warranty but they tell me they cant do nothing about it. Chicago Illinois

I got ripped off from this online music store. I had boughten 2 Technical Pro Speakers which were around 700$. When the package came the receipt wasn't there. I took the speakers out and the back panel was broken and when I hooked them up no sound was coming out. So I unscrewd the screws so I could see if something inside was torn. When i took the speaker itself out the cables were ripped off and the cone of the speaker was torn off. 

I called the company and they told me if I had warranty, I told them yes and what they told me was they couldn't do nothing about it.
