James French and Chris (Cai) Clayton are outright liars and scoundrels. They are in the Oil & Gas Securities fraud business. They solicit funds from unsuspecting investors, put up a pretty good smoke screan and then steal from their victims normally on the fringe by over charging and providing false reporting. In this last go around they sold completely worthless production to twenty individual investors of which I am unfortunately one of, and then turn over their ownership to the operator who informs the victims that the sale is unauthorized and that there is no recourse. If you invest with these folks you will never see one dollar of return.

To the best of my knowledge, most of what the original complaint says is accurate. However, just to set the record straight, Chris Clayton and Cai Clayton are two seperate individuals who were employees of 1st PayZone. The actions they were instructed to take as employees falls on the owner and manager, not the employees.
Both individuals are no longer with 1st PayZone and will attest that during their times employed they only ever gave information they were told to be true and accurate. However, since this information primarily came from James and it has been realized that while charasmatic, he is also a known con-man and fraud, that information was passed along without the knowledge it was false. Both Cai and Chris Clayton are currently working with officials to bring this matter to justice.
