I am very unhappy with the service provided with this company if it is even a company! I am unable to get ahold of anyone on there support line. I filed my 2006 taxes late with them and I still can't print out what I need to send in to the IRS. The document comes up blank.

I am not the riches person in the world (have three kids) and am unable to go to someone else to get my taxes done. I feel they took my money with out the end product.

I have filed a report with my bank since I haven't recived the service they charged me for and will be getting my money back but in the meantime I will be filing my taxes very late.
