Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
They asked me to be on a compilation album everything seemed cool at first and then i paid the money to be a part of it then all of the sudden everything changed. and they went as far as to tell ME THAT I DID'NT CONTACT THEM BACK! they then went on to making personal attacks on me. They also added me to their email spamming list to annoy me even more. what ever, if they aproch you for a record deal its probably just bs don't take the bait.

I had very bad expirience with company 3000 Records. Owner is Terrance D Schemansky.
I had an agreement regarding Music Video Distribution. On Sep. 15, I paid $137 for their service and was waiting around 3 weeks.
On Oct. 3rd I wrote to Mr. Schemansky that nothing has been done almost 3 weeks since I’ve paid for their service. He called me back and assured that in tne nearest few days everything would be done.
After 2 weeks, On October 17, I sent him an email asking for a refund and if he certainly honor their money back guarantee for a refund I had to get it same day,on Oct. 17. But unfortunately, he didn’t response at all, showing his absolute disrespect to the customer.
On Oct. 20 I sent a second email asking for a refund. Unfortunately didn't get any reply.
Finally, on Oct. 24, I wrote 3rd email where let him know that I'm going to write a bad reviews, I got a reply that 3000 Records made promissed Music Video Distribution.
Mr. Schemansky was very upset by anonymous review about his company and wrote: "We offer a 100% money back guarantee and this is stated clearly on our website (I feel this is good for everyone). However, I do not understand why someone would post a review like this, when they could have made a phone call or sent an email to get a guaranteed refund". But these are Empty Words because I've sent him 3 emails asking for a refund and didn't get it. Maybe one of the reason he doesn't reply to his customers because (probably) his main profession is Real Estate. I don't recommend to have business with this company unless it's ok for you to get ZERO response to your emails.
