I have been trying to email this company to get them company to stop charging me for the past three months. I have explained that their tecniques did not work for my son and to cancele the subscription. They continue to charge me and ignore my plea to stop taking money out of my account. Although I get a confirmation that my emial was obtained no action has been done to stop taking money from me. There is no number to contact anyone my phone. I think it is horrible that companies such as this one take advantage of those seeking help.
