St. Croix Concepts, has turned into 4 Fifty 8 Acquisitions in Raleigh, NC. I interviewed with both of these companies and both are very sketchy!! I did a walk around with a guy from the company and we were supposed to go door to door selling office supplies... and he made no money. He used his own gas money also... I actually went through training with these guys and was on my own for a little bit as a sales rep... waste of my time!! Don't even get me started about what goes on inside the office!! SCAM, STAY AWAY!!

I currently quit 4fifty8. My experince although was a pleasurable one. This job is not for everyone, but if you would like to try sales, I highly recommend it. The people I worked with was great, and I never rode with a leader that didn't at least get two sales a day, and I rode with at least 4 of them. The only draw back was that you had to use your own gas. So if you try it keep that in mind. Everyone was very hepful, and I hate it wasn't the job for me, but this job can be very challenging, although some people are a natural at it. I would reccomend this to anyone that is trying new stuff and is willing to put forth some effort. As far as what went on in the office, we played games for the first hour of the day and did exercises to help us get ready for the day ahead of us. I will truly miss working with 4fifty8!!!

I noticed these people posting a blizzard of ads, on a daily basis, all over the internet, seeking ENTRY LEVEL Sales, Marketing, Management, etc. They make it sound like they are offering the greatest jobs in the world (see below)? Well, if it was so great, they wouldn't have to advertise for new people everyday, right?!

I've browsed these forums before but never been compelled to post anything until I found this. I used to work for 4 Fifty 8, and can say that it's anything but a scam. The amount of training and support I got there was as good or better than anywhere else that I've worked, and Joe Tanksley takes care of all his employees like they were his family.
If you didn't make any money there or feel like you wasted your time, it sounds like it wasn't for you; the profit potential with 4fifty8 is huge assuming you're good at your job. As for what goes on inside the office...unless I missed something, there's nothing even to comment about.
Long story short, if you've got people skills and a good work ethic, 4 Fifty 8 offers challenging and lucrative positions. The training Joe and team give is amazing, and within a week, you feel like a family. NOT a scam.
