45 second cash Steven personal loan scam , Internet

I was interested in a personal loan n filled out an application on their website .I received a call from "Steven" who said I'd have to western union him the first payment before even receiving my loan. I told him that didn't make any sense because he could just never send me the loan. After several minutes of arguing over me sending the money he hung up but then called back and became very nasty on the phone calling me names n suggesting I give him a b*****b n other disgusting things. This is a scam so beware!
