I have a Tomtomgo300 GPS Map System, that I use for my work. It has an optional bluetooth connection to a cell phone that allows it go get weather, traffic and other updates on the fly.

I had been a sprint customer for years, and recently upgraded to a nextel version of their phone so I could use it with work.

I went in orginally to see if they had a external antenna for the phone as at times the reception was bad. I saw a few phones and began asking questions.

The Manager of the store - Richard Palmatary said that he could treat a phone purchase as an upgrade if it was for certain phones, he showed me a few of them and we began talking about the Blackberry.

I agreed to upgrade and which would include an additional cost of $39.99 on my monthly bill, which was already at almost $100 a month.

I took the phone and found that 1) it did not have the features needed to work with my tomtomgo300 - and 2) Each time I used a web feature it told me that there was an added subscription for many of the applications. 3) During the day I had a hard time hearing and receiving direct connect calls I am a contractor and my dispatchers were so frustraited they told me to get the phone fixed and see them tomorrow, I had to drive to a friends house where I had another phone on my account (this was 30 miles away) so I could work. So I lost money and time today as a result.

I went back to the store, and rather then take a chance I wanted to revert back to my existing phone and I would explore this option over a weekend when it would not interfere with my Job.

Now I find out that there is a 25% restocking fee. I checked the agreement that the person wrote up, and it said I had 14 days to return it nowhere on the NEXTEL contract does it mention a restocking fee.

Now I went back to the store and that same nice manager was no nolonger nice. He said there was a 25% Restocking fee and showed me where on HIS store receipt it said that. Which when he packed everything away he conviently hid from me by folding it in what seems like a nice professional way, but in reality hids that clause.

Up untill that point I had intended to come back and try to find another phone, and what he fails to remember was that I was talking about buying phones at first at the retail rate so I was prepaid to pay between $300 and $400 for a new phone.

Lucky for me I called my bank and explained it to them and once this posts they will refund the money and charge them back, they said that state law you have 3 days (72 Hours) to return anything!

I wanted to list this company and my experience so that if and when someone else has a problem, or bfore they purchase from this company they have some information on how they treat their customers.

Thank you
