5XTRIM I believed the offer was for a trial and was free, with only the postage to be paid.Upon receiving two bills for $94.97 and $79.97 I called and was told that I was trying to scam the company by expecting to receive the items for only postage cost!! CHANDLER, AZ 85226 Internet AZ 85226

I received the offer from 5XTRIM on my email. I understood that the $4.95 postage for each of the two items was the total cost I agreed to. I then received a billing for $94.97 and $79.97 charged to my VISA card and a second charge for the same amounts again. I could not even consider those amounts. I called and was told I had agreed to this charge by signing or not signing some box on the offer. They agreed to cancel the rest of the order! I found one of the business staff very abusive. He told me I was scamming the company by expecting to pay only $4.95! He then cut off the conversation. Can you do anything about this Company?
