In August 2010 we purchased 500+ stress balls with our library logo for the start of the school year. We had a tight turnaround, and I was assured we would received them in time. I selected this company because others could not guarantee delievery in time.

Not only did we not receive them, but the order has been misplaced 'for some unknown reason". We were offered a refund or receipt of the product at a discounted rate. We did not want to store them for a year, so we requested a refund.

The refund was never sent. I contacted them several times by email, phone and even on the web site. I received no response.
