Nice at first but after they are paid worst customer service ever. They lie about quotes on the phone. Charged me for parts that didnt need fixing. Plus they made an existing problem worse. They damaged our refrigerator instead of fixing it. Im going to file a complaint with the city license department and the state. Im preparing my documents to sue them in small claims for the cost to fix or replace the refrigerator.

Refund the $420

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Sunday, July 02, 2017

Your story is BS. Bottomline: All I want is a full refund of $420 immediately and bad reviews stop. In a nutshell You misdiagnosed the issue and you replaced a working part in the refrigerator. I am going to keep filing reviews online everywhere and as many times as needed or refund me all my money ($420) and the end. *Bad reviews are costing you business.

We have received a call on 6/17/17 from customer regarding an issue he was having with his refrigerator. We were able to find his information in the system and schedule an appointment on 6/19/17. Technician who was at the initial day of service (4/29/17) with our supervisor arrived at the customer place at the time of an appointment. After diagnosing the refrigerator the technician found that the unit had seal system problem, no freon or bad compressor. After further diagnose the technician was able to find out that the refrigerator had 5-10 years warranty from manufacture and the customer was advised to contact the manufacturer to address the issues with the unit. The customer seemed to understand everything that he was told and the invoice was signed by him. Besides the fact that our company has 30 days warranty on the labor that has already expired we can still offer the reimbursement, but we will need to remove the part that we installed on an initial appointment (4/29/17) and put back in the original part. The original charge for the repair was $420, which included parts, labor and tax. Our service call fee charge is $35 which will be deducted from the original charge ( $420-$35=$385). So, the amount of reimbursement will be $385 if all parties agree.
