Another bad experience with AAA, been a member for 18 years and only needed to use them a few times. The last time was this week and they came later than promised and without a battery to replace mine that they promised they would do. The next day of course my battery was dead again. I pay well over $100.00 a year for what???
Call John Martin the Director of AAA New England at 401-996-9034, he never calls you back.

Paying for a member ship is like paying for car insurance. You don't expect Geico to do something outside of your policy because you have been with them so long. Thats not how it works. If the battery died for a second time I would assume something else is causing the problem. Technically the battery wouldn't be covered under a warranty becuase something else is causing them it to fail, but I am 100% sure they would cover it under their 3 Year free replacement warranty because they are very understanding, but whatever is killing them needs to be fixed.
