I WAS SOLD A USED fRIDGE IN AUG.2014 AND THEY ASSURED ME THAT THEY WILL BRING THE RACKS OUT AND FIX THE ICE MAKER, I CALLED THEM EVERY WK. AND I AM ALWAYS PUT OFF SAYING THAT SOMEONE WILL CONTACT ME THEY DID COME ONCE IN DEC.2014 AND HAVE NOT BEEN BACK AS OF YET. I AM STILL PAYING ON THE PRODUCT AND HERE IT IS MARCH 24 2015. I AM TIRED OF CALLING WHAT ELSE CAN I DO.

Not much really except threaten to bring back the fridge. Just make sure YOU are NOT violating any early termination clauses. Its always a bad move to RENT furniture. Its best to either buy one from a used appliance store then to actually rent. Renting furniture ONLY benefits the company you are renting from.
