ABC Quality Movers Have not fulfilled service paid for or provided any steps for resolution Sacramento, California

I contracted ABC Quality Movers to ship furniture from Northern California to Seattle WA. I paid half of the moving fee upfront and was told my items would arrive 1 week from when they picked up the furniture. It has now been a month and half since pick-up and I do not have my items, I do not have an estimated delivery date, or even know where my belongings are.

I call everyday and everyday I get new lie of what is wrong. "A truck has broken down, it is on the truck, it isnt on the truck, the driver will call you when he is on his way, this Sunday will be the absolute latest". I can't even get them to call me back when they say they will with an update.
