AbCoaster In 2008 bought an ABCOASTER, 2015 ROLLERS went bad tried to purchase replacements when I found out it was a fraudulent piece of equipment Was told send to 500 return road ,Wallingford,ct 06495. But they found a reason not to honor. Please check into this THEY HAVE NOT HONORED THEIR OWN REQUEST FOR A RETURN. ROLLERS WAS NOT REPLACEABLE SO THEY WANTED THE ENTIRE PIECE BACK Wallingford Connecticut

AFTER SEVEN YEARS OR SO THE ROLLERS ON MY AbCoaster WENT BAD. I orded new ones but it was obvious they would not fit. Stated going back and forth wiith a person that asured me the product I had was fraudulent. Found my purchase agreement and preceeded to correct the problem, but the first person I spoke with lead me to believe the shipping return was $59.90 when in fact it was $59.99. So I did what I could which was put a dime in the same package. From here on no understanding have been here before it`s just awaiting game until they find some other reason not to honor this transaction. I paid 399.80.
