i would swear that report #1065669 was written by my wife.

We are having the exact same problem.

Report #1081830 could have been written by us also except the amounts were higher.

We took the gold package that was being offered that day for $6995.00 of which they took

50% as a deposit right away.

As soon as we went to use them there was nobody  around to help you.

we've placed several calls to the numbers given during the initial visit,and are still (three weeks later) waiting for a return call.

in the mean time I still can't get my vacation booked.

We are very disappointed with the whole experience.
