ABC Mouse I signed up for a free 30 day trial. I lost the password and asked repeatedly for a password reset. I never received one. Now I have contacted customer service and on hour 20 of trying to cancel this service. They don't comprehend emails yet they can teach a child to read? No number to contact a live agent, just emails. Don't waste your $$ on these money hungry non-reading hustlers. Internet

I signed up for a 30 day trial that turned into monthly subscriptions. I tried to reset the password for 3 months. After receiving no emails from them for the reset, I contacted customer service through the only way: email. I am on hour 20 of trying to cancel this money scheming service, only getting responses of how to reset the password after I made it very clear I wished to cancel in 4 of them.
