Accent Uniforms, Inc. I ordered 4 scrubs pieces and only recieved one. Now they won't help me! Antioch Illinois

I order maternity scrubs for my wife on March 18, 2008. Although all items were listed as "In Stock", I received one pair of pants and the rest was said to be on back order. I've emailed constomer service on several occasions with no response. All the phone numbers for order service go straight to a mail box that is already full. I finally called the new order line and got an actual person. When I explained my situation I was put on hold and waited 45 minutes and finally the line went dead. After that, no one answered or returned my calls or emails.
