 Matthew Horak, Melissa Huber, Dayna Lucas, and Yerania Armira are convicts who probably was just released from San Quentin Prison. They all claim to be single parents who  understand what your personal situation at the time.

They wait for you to give them your credit card info then they steal money out of your account periodically. Sometimes every month if your are not careful. Please read this article and several others who have experienced the same as I have with this company.

Also they do not REFUND your money, DO NOt let them lie to you. They are not accredited with the BBB like they claim to be.

Customer Service Manager?

Dear Accurise Customer Service Manager,

You actually have customer service at Accurise? I am really shocked to hear this. After discovering that your company has been charging me a monthly fee, I attempted to contact someone at your company by phone. No answer. Then I attempted to email. Answer--I can't help you because you didn't leave your name in the email. You have my email address on file--figure it out.

Since that time, I have called numerous times and have only once been able to reach a representative. That representative couldn't help me because I needed the support division. Whatever!!!!!

Your company has taken money from my account without my permission. When I originally spoke to a representative, I was told to pay X amount of money for services. If I wanted additional services, it would be $79.99. Guess what? I did not request additional services and did not authorize you to take additional money from my account.

I am going to talk with my bank about getting my money back. If need be, I will talk to an attorney.

To whomever that has read my report,

  I was very disturbed about the way I was being treated by this company because I had fulfilled my obligations and they had wanted to renege on their part. However I spoke with Mr. Dean Cox and he is the guy you would want to talk too. Without disposing of too much of his company information, he did tell me that he was having problems with the agent that handled my case at first. But now he has rectified all my complaints and has put his company back in good graces with me. He stepped up to the plate and did the right thing. I am so appreciative of Mr. Cox for doing this.
