Over 7 weeks ago I served two supoenas for Accuserve. His first payment to me bounced. He promised to pay me and pay for the fees I was charged due to the bunced checks. I have now waited two weeks for a money order that was promised me. The money order never arrived and he now does not return calls or mails.
