Tammy, "advance fee" loans are ILLEGAL

AUTHOR: Steve - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, December 19, 2006

Tammy,

There is never any reason to pay anyone up front to get a loan. This is the first sign of a scam.

You said you sent the "money" by UPS. What form of payment did you send? Please don't say cash.

If it was a money order or cashiers check, you need to request a front and back copy of it from the provider and file a fraud report with them. Now, with this copy, you will have the banking info of the scammers. Contact their bank and inform them they are engaged in illegal activity.

You need to file a complaint with the State of Nevada for this fraud.
