I have been working with ACM Commercial for over 3 months. The main and only contact is Eddie Lester. He constantly asks for more information but will never give an answer if he will loan the money.


 He charges 2-4 points upfront and interest rate between 12 an 16%.


He continually pushes off a decision, keeps you and your client hanging on until you cinfront him about the delay. He has never even looked over all of the info that has been sent. He does Nothing except waste your time and money.


He is a SCAM
