Action GPS I ordered a Garmin 305 GPS Unit in February of 2008 and (to date) have not received item. Atlanta Georgia

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
In February of 2008 I ordered (via the internet) a wrist mounted Garmin 305 GPS unit. prompt payment was provided, I even received a USPS tracking number which turned out to be bogus. I tried to track the item using the number but USPS had no record of the item actually shipping.
I tried unsuccessfully on several accasions to call, email and write to Action GPS to either get a refund or actually have the item shipped but as of July 15 have been unsuccessful in that attempt.
Completely unprofessional and borderline criminal.

Misdirected anger toward my company

To set the record straight for all those who unfortunately had a bad experience with Action GPS of Georgia, my company is Action GPS Electronics
of Bridgeport,Ct. www.actiongpselectronics.com and I am proud of my stellar
reputation for delivering 100% of my GPS units and all on time as promised.
We will not take a customers money if we don't have the unit in stock.
Unfortunately for my company,people may be associating us with the Georgia
company and I am losing tons of sales because your report must have been misconstrued and associated with my company.
I recocognize you are performing a vital service to the consumer community at large,however I wish you would clarify to your complainants that I am not the one that is ripping them off. Just because this company Action GPS of Jonesboro,Georgia formally of Atlanta ,Georgia has been associated with
Action GPS electronics of Bridgeport,Ct. unfairly due to your reports,I have lost substantial sales due to the similarity of our names.
Again let me set the record straight,we have not cheated so much as one customer.
Please be sure your present and future complainants no longer confuse my company with theirs.
Let it also be known that someone using action gps on E-bay is also trying to discredit my honest company.
