Over a week ago I placed an order through this company and received no update on my order. When I contacted via e-mail customer service (there are no published phone numbers or physical addresses), they informed me that my problem was with the video company that was listed as a reputable vendor on their site.

They (ADM Media) charged my credit card, not their highly rated partner. When I questioned them about that, they went dark (no response). They do nothing to support their customers and are, in my opinion, a total scam. Anyone ordering any items through this company, do so at their own peril. They will take your money and run. Total Ripoff!

A few days ago I was contacted by the customer service person at ADM Media and informed that they were refunding my money within three days. After reviewing my account this afternoon, I see where they have in fact credited my account back for the amount of the original withdrawal. So, I withdraw my previous opine and apologize to the folks at ADM Media for my initial negative reaction.
