They switched namesto Advocate Auto Consultantsfrom Advocate Auto Claims due to tons of BBB complaints under the former name. 9 complaints in 1 year. Not Good. Poor Customer Service. Beware. Appears they say they have attorneys in every state and really dont. Staff will not talk to you till you sign a contract. Also, take years to settle. Beware.

This company closed their doors in September 2011 by laying off all their employees and only keeping about 3. When & if you call they will make it sound like there is several departments when really there is not. Do not be a fool and contact or work for this company who misleads and lies to anyone!!!!!

My name is Jason Huet and I am the Customer Service Supervisor for Advocate Auto Consultants. I write this in response to a mystery author in Alexandria Virginia written on 12/25/2010.
In business many companies change platforms to better service their clients. We have done the same. We are now able to provide our services more effectively and efficiently Nationwide as Advocate Auto Consultants.
Let me address the specific accusations:
* Advocate Auto Claims did not change names because of a bad BBB rating. In reviewing our BBB standing, it is currently an A- rating. The website states we are rated A- for the length of time we have been in business. No other reason.
* Advocate Auto has received 9 complaints in the last 36 months, not the last 12 months. Six of these complaints have been satisfactorily resolved, and the other three were administratively closed by the BBB.
* Advocate Auto prides itself on superior customer service and takes every claim seriously.
* Advocate Auto does have General Counsel registered with the Florida Bar.
* Advocate Auto has never stated that we have attorneys in every state.
In regards to unhappy, this may be a hoax and I respectfully request proof that you have engaged Advocate Auto Consultants. I suspect this is a competitor.
