Aeon Battery Corporation RIPPED TWICE Sent $ for new laptop battery. It would not hold a charge.Contacted company, and got an apology, and was told to send battery back and they would replace it. It was replaced. It won't even take a charge. They will not answer email now. Brooklyn New York

I ordered a laptop battery. It arrived in a timely manner, from New York. It looked normal when charging but after recommended charge time (24 hrs.) it would not run the computer. I had just gotten the computer back from Dell from complete overhaul, new motherboard, etc. I emailed them, received an apology, asked to send the battery back and they would check it out. They sent a new one. It would not even take a charge. The computer works perfectly when plugged in, but 2 batteries from AEONBATTERY CORP. do not work, and when I have tried numerous time to contact them again I get no response.
It's a double Ripoff!
