I purchased two pairs of African Grey breeders for $4000 from a person calling herself Michelle Fasio. She advertised them as healthy young pairs that had bred for her 3-4 times a year, 3-5 babies per clutch. When I picked them up in Shirley New York she made me wait for 5 hours after the agreed time. After already driven 6 hours I waited. What she offered was two pairs of half plucked birds. She kept saying they don’t look the best but I will thank her because they were great breeders. As it turns out one pair was two females and the other were imports too old to breed. After trying to get my money back for years she traded for two other pairs of the same quality. I never got them out of quarantine, after one died I got rid of them. The vet said they had a laundry list of diseases that were not curable and rendered them infertile.

Please do not buy any birds from her flock of 30 pairs. You will get sick and so will any animal they are in contact with.
