AJ MR. CLEAN CAR WASH AND LUBE CENTER IN HOUSTON TX IS A REAL RIP OFF AND BOY DO THEY HAVE A RACIST STAFF...  I have been taking my car to get clean at this car wash for about  a year in half now. On 5/23/2014

WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A GOOD CAR WASH TURNED OUT TO BECOME A NIGHTMARE FOR ME.

OK ON 5/23/14 I GOT MY CAR WASH SAME ROUTINE, MY CAR CAME OUT OF THE CAR WASH TUNNEL, AND I NOTICED MY LEFT REAR WINDOW SIDING STRIP WAS MISSING  FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY LEFT REAR WINDOW.

SO I ASKED THE EMPLOYEE THAT WASHED MY CAR NAME JERMAINE TO SEE IF MY WINDOW SIDING STRIP HAD FALLING OFF INTO THE CAR WASH TUNNEL... JERMAIN THE EMPLOYE FOUND THE BROKEN UP WINDOW STRIP SIDING OFF OF MY LEFT WINDOW. 

SO THEN WENT INTO TO THE CAR WASH TO ASK THE CASHIER IF I COULD SPEAK WITH AN SUPERVISOR AND SO I

DID. THE SUPERVISOR WAS EXTRA RUDE AND UGLY ACTING TOWARD ME I DID NOT GET ANY HELP WITH HER!!!

AT THIS POINT IM PISSED SO I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH THE GENERAL MANAGER NAMED: JAMES LE

OMG HE WAS RACIST AS THEY COME, HE WAS TALKIN ON THE PHONE AS I STOOD THERE AT THE COUNTER WAITING FOR HIM TO GET OFF THE PHONE, HE NEVER GOT OFF THAT PHONE ... AND YES HE SAW ME STANDING THERE FOR ABOUT 10 MINS SO I TOLD HIM.... EXCUSE ME SIR MY CAR JUST CAME OUT OF YOUR CAR WASH TUNNEL AND BROKE OFF THE LEFT WINDOW SIDING STRIP OFF OF MY CAR, JAMES LE REPLIED I DONT GIVE A F* IM NOT FIXING IT, I REPLIED: EXCUSE ME... WHO IN THE WORLD OR YOU TALKING TO LIKE THATS NO WAY TO ADDRESS ANY CUSTOMER, AND THAT WAS VERY UNROPFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL VERY RUDE OF HIM, HE NEED TO TAKE A CUSOMTER SERVICE COURSE ON HOW TO ADDRESS CUSTOMER'S, SO INGNORANT OMG!!!!

SO AT THIS TIME IM VERY PISSED OFF I TOLD HIM SOMEBODY GONNA FIX MY WINDOW TODAY LIKE RIGHT NOW!! IM SOOOO PISSED

HE TOLD ME I WOULD NOT FIX NO BLACK N* B* ANYTHING, I ALMOAST LOST ALL OF MY MIND, INFACT I DID!!!  HELP PLEASE!! AND I STILL HAVNT GOTTEN MY CAR FIXED BUT I WILL THATs A PROMISE!!!!

I WILL OWN THIS PLACE AFTER IM DONE!!  NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH AJ MR. CLEAN CAR WASH AND LUBE CENTER ON RICHMOND AVE HOUSTON TX 77082!!!

 NO NEED FOR THE EXTRA LONG WINDED NOVEL YOU JUST WROTE ABOUT IF YOU WERE MAN ENOUGH WHY DID YOU LEAVE YOUR NAME JAME LE YOU WOULD HAVE LEFT YOUR NAME ON HERE!!!!! RUDE a*s HECK IS HOW I WAS TREATED AND YES IT TWO SIDE;s TO EVERY STORY...  I WAS DISREPCTED AND JUSTICE WILL PREVEIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TRUST ME !!!!!!

YOU PAY FOR THIS IN THAT ORDER!!!!!!!!!!

 There are three sides to every STORY. You claim the GM was rude and a racist. But YOU were rude FIRST!!! Because YOU had to wait around for 10 mins, YOU felt it perfectly alright TO INTERUPT their phonecall. What gives YOU the right to do that and then turn around and call THEM rude. THEY dont know if youre not pulling a fast one and trying to get THEM to repair a PRE-EXISTING problem!! No, we ALL KNOW what REALLY happend. Odds are that something DID happen with your vehicle, BUT because someone didnt "Hop to" and cut you an IMMEDIATE check in the THOUSANDS of dollars range, YOU WENT STEREOTYPICAL!!!!

The customer IS NOT always right. More often then NOT they are trying to get something for nothing and they dont care who they screw to get their way. Customer Service DOESNT MEAN YOU GET TO BE ABUSIVE!!! And THAT is why the name calling started. WHAT he said MAY have been offensive, but its understandable when you are sitting there doing name calling of your own and making demands. There is an appropriate way to handle these situation and going all "black" on them is NOT part of that process.

Had you approached the situation with LESS stereotype and MORE professionalism, you would have probably walked away happy with your window strip fixed and probably a year of free washed for the trouble. BUT since you couldnt keep your mouth shut and you just had to act like a stereotypical ghetto woman, you will end up getting NOTHING!!!! THAT is on you.

Lastly but definatly food for thought. Did you EVER think that the person you were interupting WASNT who YOU needed it to be?? How would you feel if YOU were on an important business call and some crazy person came up to YOU yelling and spitting?? Did you EVER think that just because they have a name badge on that THEY might not work there?? YOU saw a name badge, you assumed it someone in authority. It could have been just another customer getting THEIR car washed and you would have just verbally assaulted them. I would have told you the same d**n thing if your crazy a*s stepped up to me. More importantly, that person was probably NOT ON THE CLOCK!! meaning that they wouldnt be able to help you and you would be attacking someone whos ONLY crime was having the misfortune of not getting out of there before YOU arrived.

You CANNOT sit there and claim that THEY were the bad guys and YOU were just a poor innocent victim. WE ALL KNOW BETTER!!!! You had an EQUAL PART in every bit that happened. And you do realize that an automated car wash is more often then not done at your own risk. Most times its printed on the reciept or there is some big ole sign stateing this. So the the GM would be rude IF you were poor little church girl the innocent waife and you had done NOTHING to provoke the situation in ANY WAY. No snide comments, no unrealistic demands, no name calling, no threats. BUT you did ALL OF THOSE THINGS!!! You CANNOT expect them to sit there and just take your abuse. NO EMPLOYEE IS PAID ENOUGH TO BE ABUSED AT WORK!! BE IT BY A CUSTOMER OR BY AN EMPLOYEE!!!

I would suggest that the fix to your problem is a little product called "Gorilla Glue". Its kinda a super glue but better. It sticks to everything and cleans up easy. It costs UNDER $10 and you should have no issue repairing the window strip. I would also suggest that in the future that you LEARN YOUR PLACE!!! This is NOT a racist remark. It is however a suggestion that you remember that you are as equally responsible in these situation and you are VERY RARELY EVER the victim. You cant start a fire and run away and play the victim. The web is MUCH SMARTER then YOU are giving it credit for.
