On 10/24/2015 I placed an order for Simplicity Vacuum parts with All Makes Vac & Sew. On 10/24/2015 my MasterCard was charged for $90.32.
As of this date, 11/27/2015, I have not received the Simplicity Vacuum parts. I have left four (4) telephone messages and three (3) e-mails requesting a response and an explanation, to no avail. In my e-mail of 11/20/2015, I requested that the order be cancelled and the $90.32 be credited back to my MC account. That has not happened and I have checked my MC account activity daily.
I wonder if the Torrance Police Department is aware of this thief!

While I appreciate your frustration, we did in fact issue a full refund as requested on 11/30/2015. Our vendor was not able a fullfill this order and after several conversations with them to verify with our vendor that they had in fact not sent the order out we issued the refund.
