Ordered sample of Alore for$5.97and 2weeks later billed $103.97
Same process for Lorelia. And billed 2weeks later$101.28

Called the toll free number on website to request a refund. Agent was very rude and pretty much told me that I wasn't getting a refund, that it was my fault that I hadn't cancelled my subscription on November 01, 2013. I did try to cancell my prescription by phone but never got through to anyone on my first try, on November 2, 1013.
