This is the 3rd lottery ripoff I have received and I am getting sick of it. I spent the better part of a decade in law enforcement which means I am the wrong guy to tick off!! I am sick of these vultures getting away with this and its time we took them down. Sting operations are very easy to set up and execute. We simply need the cooperation of our government (the US Secret Service has a division just for this) and the Canadian consulate. If anyone hears anything please let me know.
