Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
We are looking for other customers in CT who had Alvis/FinalCoat applied their product to their home. It's been less than a year and the house is peeling and blistering. Our ceder shakes are warping and cracking, even the new ones that were replaced. The salesman lied about the application and the product. He was also not licensed with the state to sell home improvement products. The owner was rude to my elderly parents and told them to stay in the house and mind their own business. We are in the process of filing a lawsuit and would like to find others with a similar problem to help our case.

Our company, Finalcoat LLC, is a very reputable company. We are members of the Better Business Bureau, and have succsesfully completed over 400 jobs in CT. The customer at hand who had these complaints would not even let us finish the work at his home. We also found the job to be very difficult due to the unstable mental condition of the older homeowner. One day everything was fine, the next day they were throwing us off the property. Im sorry they felt this way but there was nothing we could do about it. We have always done our best to make sure that our customers are very satisfied.
