Ambient Planet-Colleen McGovern/Ernie Zambrano Non Payment for Services New York , New York

I worked the Quiznos Promotion in Lorton, Va. in September, and to date, have NOT been paid. I too, have gotten the run around from Ernie Zambrano. I have begun to take action- first notifying the NY State Attorney General's office, as well as two other agencies. Next, the NY Times gets the story of a supposedly "big" (judging by who they claim their clients are on the website) company ripping of people hired by them, in these hard economic times. Yes, a class action lawsuit IS forthcoming. Who else is on board?
