Cancelled my account with AOL in writing Jan. 2005. 9/12/06 got letter from collection agency saying I owed AOL $95.60. Wrote them protesting. Called AOL 9/20/06, got Frank Edwards who said he would cancel bill. 11/9/06 letter from AOL saying I owe 239.40. 11/21/06 called AOL, spoke to Theo Stancu who said bill was not cancelled. Sent certified letter to AOL 11/21/06 denying debt. 11/26/06 filed complaint with Better Business Bureau of Virginia.
