I ordered a new wallet and received a defective one. After six times contacting their customer service department, following all their directions precisely, it has been 4 months with no replacement or refund. There is no way to contact the company via phone. It is an Internet-based company only. The wallet was terrible quality and the company only wants your money. Stay away from them!
