Joey Proper (doing business as) American Servpro came and said he would replace the ice maker. He did not replace the ice maker and he refuses to return or to refund the money. He also left the water on and it ruined the hardwood in the the kitchen around the refrigerator. He is rude and hangs up when I call.

This lady is not telling the truth! We went to her house several times asnd did install a new ice maker.She just wanted a newer model more expensive ice maker.What greed will make you do!!
