AMS Financial Coaching Found unauthorized charge on credit card bill Internet

i found an unauthorized charge on my credit card for $4.95.I have never heard of this company and have never done any business with them.

i called for an explanation and was told that I was in a Financial program. I told them I have no idea who they are, never heard of them and never asked for financial help from them. I do not need financial help.

The woman I spoke with said they would reverse the charge and cancel my financial program.

It seems to me to be a scam because most people do not review their credit card statements and would overlook this small charge. A company could collect millions by this fraudulent method they used.
