I was shocked when I saw a deduction on my bank account amounting to $49.98 not including some bank fees which is totally outrageous. I am on a fixed income and needed to pay for my rent. The lady I spoke with customer service told me that the charge was for a third party offer when I applied for a payday loan online. I really did not apply for any bonus offer aside from the loan which I eventually realized that wont be approved. I reported them to CAF and told me that they will file a class action suit against this company.
