Andrew Abagi is a new tenant of ours since July 2015. We are having so much problems with this individual. He has not paid rent for months he has only paid first and last. His trying to scam my mother just because she cant speak very good engish his calling her names and threating her.. and now were going to court tomorrow at the tenant and landlord board at st claire and younge on Nov 17 to get him out of our property which i have a feeling his not going to show he might just run off. He takes advantage of the tenant and landlord system and were afraid he might do it again. He is the defintion of Tenant from hell.
