I am a phero user and an Androtics customer. I have spent thousands of dollars with this company and have never once had a problem. The people that work there are courteous and always get the orders out the same day if the product is in stock. I hope this persons situation was resolved, but when I saw this I had to comment. Androtics has always been fair with me and never once have I had a problem. 

I find it hard to believe that Androtics Direct would not have corrected the solution by now. I have made multiple orders through this company, and every single one has arrived on time, with not only my entire order, but free items as well. This is not to say that they are buying my favor. I'm writing this review out of my own desire to share my positive experiences with Androtics Direct.

Their products are top notch, and their customer service is even better. I believe that the original reporter has not made a faithful attempt at resolving this with the customer service. These pheromone products are made in America and require time to create. The 3 week delay may have been due to a shortage in a required component. While I'm not fully cognizant of how the products are formulated, I know that shortages happen and that everyone receives their order as soon as it is ready. The company has always made up for any shortcomings on their behalf. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

I have been dealing with and buying products from Androtics Direct for nearly 2 years and all of my experiences have been nothing short of fantastic!

The companies customer service department bends over backwards to make customers happy and almost always includes free gifts and handwritten thank you notes in orders shipped.

This is the best internet company I have ever bought from. Hell, it'd probably the best company par none that I've ever dealt with.

I would be willing to bet that the person that filed the complaint either ended up getting everything they ordered and more, or got a full refund. But happy customers don't run around telling everybody what a great company they bought something from. And, when someone experiences a problem they are usualy quick to b***h and grip about it and let everyone know of their bad experience, but if the problem is then resolved to their satisfaction, they can't be bothered to take the time and let people know the company bent over backwards to make them happy.
